EXCHANGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you'd like to exchange your item for an alternative size, you can do so within 7 days by following the simple steps below:

・Product image
・Desired size/other item
We will reply to you as soon as we receive your message.
*All exchange items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with tags and/or packaging if applicable.)
* Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchange of underwear.
Final Sale:
Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on product pages are non-exchange.
PRE-Order RESERVATIONS
1. All reservations are made according to the customer's requests regarding style, color, size, etc., and therefore no return or exchange service will be provided.
2. Once payment is confirmed, no modifications can be made to the order unless we provide written confirmation. Under no circumstances can any confirmed orders be canceled.
3. The reservation images provided on this website are for reference only. All products will be based on the actual shipment, and we will not accept any return or exchange requests.
4. Full refunds or exchanges will be granted under the following special circumstances:
- Supplier is out of stock
- Style/size or color does not match the order
- Significant damage that prevents the product from functioning as intended (general product defects, such as glue marks or loose threads, or defects in packaging due to courier transport, will not qualify for return or exchange requests. The store reserves the right of final decision.)
